Having entered the world of food, wine and hospitality at a young age, Darcy found his true passion and has not looked back. He has gained experience working for some of the most highly respected establishments in the restaurant industry; including award winning C Restaurant and world renowned, Five Diamond, Relais Chateau, Lumiere Restaurant, under Iron Chef Rob Feenie. Currently employed by the (Washington Marine Group) as Corporate Chef, Event Planner and Wine Director, Darcy is constantly being challenged to create unique events, from intimate dinners to gala soirees and fundraisers.
Darcy came to Vancouver after having received the City of Victoria Hospitality and Tourism Award. Within his local community, he has volunteered with Growing Chefs, a local non-profit society that strives to educate children about urban, sustainable agriculture. Darcy is honored and proud to be a member of the Uncommon Results team, and to serve as the Special Events Food and Beverage Director for all benefits and galas. He hopes to take the skills he has developed through his various experiences with food, wine and entertaining to make a positive difference within communities in need near and far from home.
